Are the same presentations held on each day?The supporting program may differ slightly across the three days. However, we strive to offer our visitors the same presentations each day.

Where can I find the entrance?Access to halls 1 and 2 is via the main entrance of the MOC event center in Munich. The easiest way to reach it is via the subway station "Kieferngarten" (line U6) – just a few minutes’ walk away. Alternatively, you can arrive directly by car: The address for navigation is Lilienthalallee 40, 80939 Munich.

How can I redeem my free ticket codes?You can redeem your free ticket code at any time in our ticket shop. You will find it under the menu item "Tickets & Opening Hours." Scroll down to the section "Get your tickets!" There you will find the field "Redeem free ticket code." Enter your code there, and in the next step, you can provide your details to complete the ticket order.

What can I do if I haven't received my ticket by email?If you have not received your ticket within 10 minutes after completing your order, please contact the organizer. You can reach them anytime by email or by phone during business hours: planetfair GmbH info@planetfair.de +49 40 71007000

Is there food and drink available at the fair?Yes, snacks, hot meals, drinks, and specialty coffees are offered. Seating is also available.

Who qualifies for a discounted ticket?Discounted tickets are available to seniors (65 years and older), people with disabilities, students, trainees, and pupils, as well as members of the Property Owners’ Association upon presentation of valid ID.

Is it permitted to bring our pets?Unfortunately, animals are not allowed in the exhibition halls. The only exception applies to certified assistance animals with appropriate documentation.

Is Golftage München accessible for people with disabilities?Yes, the entire Hanse Golf facility is located on a barrier-free accessible site.

Can I also buy a ticket spontaneously on-site, or do I have to order it online?There will also be a box office on-site where day tickets can be purchased spontaneously.

Is it possible to cancel my ticket?No, unfortunately cancellation is not possible. However, tickets can be transferred to someone else.

I placed a group order, and now my name appears on all the tickets. What should I do?The name on all admission tickets is always that of the person who placed the order. However, this is not a problem since the tickets are not issued to a specific name.

Is it possible to have goods delivered to my exhibition stand?Yes, it is possible to have goods delivered during the setup period. Further information can be found in the traffic guide.

Do I get discounted admission tickets for my customers?Yes! Depending on the size of your stand, you will receive a quota of free ticket codes for your customers. Additional codes can also be ordered via the service manual. Extra free ticket codes will be invoiced to the exhibitor after the trade fair. Only codes that have actually been redeemed will be charged.

How many exhibitor badges do I receive? Where can I get them from?The number of free exhibitor badges depends on the size of your booth – you can find the exact number in the service manual, which will be sent to you after your registration is confirmed. If you need additional exhibitor badges, you can order more through the service manual. The badges will be handed out on-site during setup. Please note that exhibitor badges are not required for setup and dismantling.

Do I have to register subcontractors/partners on my booth separately?Yes, subcontractors and partners, as well as any additional companies presenting at the fair, must register separately using a dedicated form, which is subject to a fee.
