The supporting program may differ slightly across the three days. However, we strive to offer our visitors the same presentations each day.
Access to halls 1 and 2 is via the main entrance of the MOC event center in Munich.
The easiest way to reach it is via the subway station "Kieferngarten" (line U6) – just a few minutes’ walk away. Alternatively, you can arrive directly by car: The address for navigation is Lilienthalallee 40, 80939 Munich.
You can redeem your free ticket code at any time in our ticket shop. You will find it under the menu item "Tickets & Opening Hours."
Scroll down to the section "Get your tickets!" There you will find the field "Redeem free ticket code." Enter your code there, and in the next step, you can provide your details to complete the ticket order.
If you have not received your ticket within 10 minutes after completing your order, please contact the organizer.

Yes, snacks, hot meals, drinks, and specialty coffees are offered. Seating is also available.
Discounted tickets are available to seniors (65 years and older), people with disabilities, students, trainees, and pupils, as well as members of the Property Owners’ Association upon presentation of valid ID.
Unfortunately, animals are not allowed in the exhibition halls.
The only exception applies to certified assistance animals with appropriate documentation.
Yes, the entire Hanse Golf facility is located on a barrier-free accessible site.
There will also be a box office on-site where day tickets can be purchased spontaneously.
No, unfortunately cancellation is not possible. However, tickets can be transferred to someone else.
The name on all admission tickets is always that of the person who placed the order. However, this is not a problem since the tickets are not issued to a specific name.
